Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every new account gets one free session: a complete quiz night, hosted exactly the way a paid one is, with all five built-in question packs and up to ten tables. The two things it does not include are custom packs of your own and a second session. After that you pick a plan. No card is needed to start, so if it does not suit your venue you have spent nothing and given us no payment details.

What is the difference between Pro and Ultimate?

Both plans include every feature. What differs is scale: Pro covers one host account, up to five quizzes a day, up to fifty tables and up to five custom question packs. Ultimate lifts all four: unlimited quizzes, unlimited tables, unlimited custom packs, and up to five host accounts that can run sessions at the same time.

Which plan should a single pub start on?

Pro. A venue running one quiz night a week with one person hosting will not come near its limits. Ultimate starts to matter when more than one person hosts, when you run several venues, or when two sessions need to run at once.

Am I charged per player?

No. The price is per month for the venue, whether twelve people turn up or a hundred and twenty. Players never pay anything and never create an account.

What currency am I charged in?

The plans are priced in pounds sterling. The figures above are converted into your local currency so you can see roughly what you will pay, and the exact amount is shown in your own currency at checkout before you confirm anything.

Can I cancel?

Yes, from the billing section of your dashboard, and it takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. Your session history stays available while the account is open.

What happens if I outgrow my plan?

You can move between plans from the dashboard and the change applies to your next quiz. Nothing you have already built is affected by moving up or down, including tables, codes, custom packs and past sessions.
